The quickest way. In the Cleatz app, open Settings › Delete account and confirm. Your account and every boot backed up to it are deleted straight away.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Cleatz and go to the Settings tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your Cleatz account (the identifier and email address supplied by Apple or Google).
- Every boot backed up to your account: names, design data, picture poses and dates.
Deletion is permanent and immediate — there's no waiting period and we don't keep a copy. Boots saved on your phone stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. Advertising data held by Google is governed by Google's own policies.
Can't open the app?
Email hello@tapmaxapps.com from any address with the subject "Delete my Cleatz account", and tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google and the email address on that account. We'll delete the account and its backed-up boots within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you only want to stop backing up, you don't need to delete anything — just sign out in Settings.
